My appointment was 35 min later and the place really didn't seem hygienic. I only had my old material removed & manicure, but my nails has never been so thin after the treatment.

The small in the studio is extremely chemical.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're very sorry to hear that your visit wasnโ€™t up to the standard we aim for. We sincerely apologize for the wait time and will work on better managing our schedule to avoid delays. Due to the summer holidays, our shop is much busier than usual and sometimes the clients come late also pushing the agenda of appointments later.

Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we're disappointed to hear that you felt otherwiseโ€”weโ€™ll be reviewing our procedures right away. We also understand your concern about the chemical smell; while some of our products do have strong scents, weโ€™re exploring ways to improve air circulation in the studio. We will have the renovation of our shop the end of this year and are working on the shop design now. Looking forward to it.

We're especially sorry to hear about your nails feeling thinner after the removal. Thatโ€™s never the experience we want to leave clients with. Please feel free to reach out to us โ€”weโ€™d love the chance to better understand and make it right.
