Men was verrast dat ik kwam terwijl ik had geboekt. Ze wilden duidelijk al afsluiten, er was 1 dame bezig en werd door de man geholpen. Werd gepusht om snel een kleur keuze te maken en mijn gellac werd vervolgens afgeraffeld. Onwijs lelijk gedaan, lak zat overal over mโ€™n tenen en had dikke lelijke randen. Lak viel snel van mโ€™n tenen af.. Erg ontevreden

1.5h moeten wachten om te eindigen met een vreselijk resultaat.. ik heb verder in de 15 jaar dat ik mn nagels doe, nog nooit zo een pijnlijke behandeling gehad. Mn huid is vaker gevijld dan mn nagels. Verder reageren ze niet op je bericht dat je ontevreden bent, en ter plekken luisteren ze ook niet naar je. Jammer dit.
