I am so happy with result! The professional that did my manicure (Rachel if I remember her name correctly…) is so sweet and attentive! I was amazed by the detail in her treatment!
I was just visiting Utrecht, but if I come back I will definitely visit the salon!

Het voelt erg gehaast hier. Ik moest 3 keer benadrukken dat ik naast de pedicure ook een manicure had geboekt en die werd voor mijn gevoel snel ‘afgewerkt’. Een van de nagels viel binnen 24u af. Erg balen want het was voor een speciale gelegenheid.

Het spijt ons enorm dat je een niet goede ervaring hebt gehad in onze salon. Jouw feedback helpt ons om onze service beter te beoordelen en te verbeteren. Soms komen klanten te laat, wat druk legt op de volgende afspraken. Het kan dus zijn dat onze styliste chaotisch was met de situatie. We zullen hieraan werken om het werkproces en de kwaliteit van het werk te verbeteren.

Wat betreft de nagels die niet goed aanvoelden: dat komt doordat het nageloppervlak niet helemaal droog was voordat de gellak werd aangebracht. Kun je de gellakreparatie boeken en daarna nog een keer langskomen? We hanteren het 7 dagen gratis voorbereidingsbeleid.

Nogmaals onze excuses voor dit probleem en wij zijn er verantwoordelijk voor dat je nagels mooi en van goede kwaliteit zijn. We hopen je snel weer te zien.
