Het was een erg drukke zondag en onze medewerkers moesten eerst de planning controleren. Omdat het druk was en we met veel taken tegelijk bezig waren, kan het voorkomen dat een medewerker vergeet u direct te informeren.

Wat betreft de betaling, we konden in ons systeem zien dat uw afspraak via Treatwell was betaald. Onze excuses voor de verwarring bij het afrekenen. Op drukke dagen hebben we soms even nodig om de juiste afspraak en betaling in het systeem te vinden, maar we begrijpen dat u niet herhaaldelijk had hoeven bewijzen dat u al betaald had.

Voor de French manicure en de afgebroken nagel bieden we een 7-daagse gratis reparatiegarantie. Maak dus gerust zo snel mogelijk een afspraak voor een reparatie. We controleren uw nagels graag en repareren eventuele problemen voor u.

The price for BIAB Extension is €65. If you choose BIAB on your natural nails (€56) and require extensions on 3 fingers, the additional cost would be €5 per finger, making the total €71. Therefore, the BIAB Extension service at €65 is actually the more affordable option in this case.

You booked BIAB Extension with Gellak through Treatwell. During your appointment, you decided that the BIAB colour itself was beautiful enough and that you did not need an additional layer of Gellak. In this situation, the price for the service would have been €65.

However, because the appointment was booked and paid for in advance through Treatwell, we are unfortunately unable to refund the difference directly. Treatwell processes and holds the payment, rather than our salon. But we can give you a voucher for the next visit with the price difference between Biab extensions only and Biab extensions with Gellak. Please feel free to let us know so we can send you a voucher for next visit. And for this reason, we generally recommend booking directly with us and paying after your appointment, as this gives us more flexibility to adjust the final price if the service changes.

Regarding your concern about the nails not being neatly done, we are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied. We offer a 7-day free repair policy, so please feel free to contact us and make a repair appointment. We would be happy to check the nails and make any necessary adjustments free of charge.
